We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied for any reason, we want to make it right.

Damaged or incorrect orders: If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost.

Return policy: Due to the nature of personal care products, we accept returns only for unopened, sealed products within 7 days of delivery. The product must be returned in its original condition.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
