Is this suitable for daily use?+
Yes. Our shampoo uses Sodium Lauryl Sarcosinate as its primary surfactant — much milder than SLS in conventional shampoos. It's gentle enough for daily washing without stripping your scalp.
Can I use this on coloured or chemically-treated hair?+
Absolutely. The formula is free from sulfates, parabens, and silicones — all of which can strip colour or damage chemically-treated hair. It's specifically safe for coloured and treated hair.
How long before I see results?+
Most customers notice reduced hair fall and a balanced scalp within 2–4 weeks of regular use. Hair growth improvements typically become visible after 6–8 weeks.
Does it lather as well as a regular shampoo?+
It lathers differently — gentler, without the dramatic foam produced by sulfates. The cleansing is just as effective. Give it 1–2 weeks for your scalp to adjust from sulfate-based shampoos.
Is the conditioner a cowash?+
Yes — our Rosemary Conditioner can be used as a cowash (conditioner-only wash) on days you want to refresh your hair without shampooing.
What is the shelf life?+
36 months from date of manufacture. You'll find the batch date and expiry on the pouch.
Are the products vegan and cruelty-free?+
Yes to both. No animal-derived ingredients, and no animal testing at any stage of development or manufacturing.
What makes the packaging sustainable?+
Our pouches use 95% less plastic than a conventional haircare bottle. The inner layer is food-grade to prevent microplastic leaching. The outer layer is recyclable.
